What kinds of items do you accept?

We review selected handbags, jewelry, watches, shoes, designer clothing, electronics, collectibles, small home decor, music gear, and tools.

What do you not accept?

We do not accept bulky furniture, mattresses, broken junk, low value clutter, unsafe goods, restricted items, or likely counterfeits.

Do you accept everything that gets submitted?

No. Every item is screened based on category, condition, demand, resale value, and whether it fits our service model.

What is the minimum value you look for?

We usually focus on items with realistic resale value of $75 or more.

How much can I earn?

Your earnings depend on the final sale price tier and the net proceeds after marketplace fees and approved direct selling costs.

When do I get paid?

After the item sells and payment clears, your payout is calculated based on net sale proceeds and issued according to the service agreement.

How long does it take to sell?

There is no fixed timeline. It depends on category, condition, pricing, seasonality, buyer demand, and the platform used.

Do I have to deal with buyers?

No. The whole point of the service is to remove that work from your plate. For approved items, we handle the selling workflow.

Do you offer instant buyouts?

Sometimes. Selected items with strong resale demand may qualify for an instant buyout offer, but not every submission will.

Do you authenticate luxury items?

We screen for authenticity and may require added verification for certain categories before an item is listed or accepted.

What happens if my item does not sell?

That depends on the service arrangement. Possible next steps can include repricing, adjusting the listing strategy, or return logistics if applicable.

Do I need to ship or drop off my item?

That depends on the item and your location. If your item is accepted, we will explain the next-step logistics.
