Before you start

  • Have clear photos ready, including labels, tags, markings, serial details, flaws, and accessories
  • Be honest about wear, repairs, missing pieces, stains, odors, damage, and previous alterations
  • Include brand, item name, purchase history, and proof of authenticity when available
  • Counterfeit, replica, altered, or questionable branded goods are not accepted
